Nathan's First Christmas!

So this is Christmas...2011 Christmas is a special one for our family.  We have an extra stocking on the mantel this year which makes Robert and I so very very happy.  Being in San Francisco for Christmas without any snow and bitter cold weather outside will be a different experience but will always be special regardless because of time with family.  Robert and I like the idea of how the three of us make a little family so we plan to make it a special one with special gifts under the tree for Nate, introducing Nate to Santa Claus and showing him what San Francisco has to offer for holiday festivities.  We all know how fast time  flashes before us so this Christmas we plan to slow things down and cherish every minute we spend together over the holidays!

Happy Holidays everyone and from our family to yours we wish you Good Fortune, Health and Happiness in 2012!

Baby = Gall bladder Removal

It has been quite awhile since my last post and unfortunately it was all due to gall stones and gall bladder removal!  I couldn't believe it myself.  Pregnancy for some reason causes gall bladder issues!  Who would have known.  All is well now and I am gall bladder-less but at least the excruciating pains will no longer return (knock on wood) and I can care of Nathan with a peace of mind.  The hardest part wasn't the procedures or the pain but being away from Nathan for 3 nights.  Coming home after a long hospital stay I couldn't believe how much he changed.  I missed him so much (especially his little feet) but now spending every minute hugging him and kissing him as much as I can.  Below are a few updates pics of the little guy (we especially like his faux hawk hair style!).

Day to Day with Nathan

I am a super lucky mom since I get to spend every minute of the day with Bubbit and watch him progress.  He is constantly changing and seeing every minute of it is something I will always cherish.  Being a mom so far has been rewarding and from what I hear it keeps getting better :)  A few pics of Nate as he approaches 1 month old!
